1. *Service credit available after payment in full.

2. Home inspection must be scheduled within 30 days of account activation and initial installment is paid.

3. The Re-inspection is an annual (one-time) inspection and limited to items identified in the annual inspection report. Customers can use this service at any time during their contract period to inspect the work of any contractor, that was done to correct any item found in the inspection report.

4. Customers will have the option to purchase an in-home Radon Monitor at 20% savings.

5. Additional Air Quality Tests can be purchased at a 20% discount.

6. A 20% discount applies to all other inspection services offered by Pro Spex.

7. This offer applies to home sizes not to exceed 6,000 sf.

Cancellation Terms:

1. Cancel prior to 1st inspection = 100% refund.

2. Cancel after 1st Inspection but before 90 days, service fee equal to current rate for services will be due at time of cancellation.

3. Cancel after 90 days = account balance credit towards any Pro Spex inspection Service.

4. No refund for monthly subscriptions. Service fee equal to current rate for all services completed will be due at time of cancellation.
